Finding a method to maintain productivity and reduce stress is unique to each individual. One such technique employed by both students and professionals alike is the Pomodoro Technique. The Pomodoro Technique was created close to 30 years ago by Francesco Cirillo, earning its name from the Pomodoro tomato-shaped timer used to track his 25-minute intervals of focused work time.
