The Massachusetts Bar Association is looking for mentors for our MentorMatch program. The mission of this program is to offer opportunities for professional development and growth; foster the exchange of ideas, experiences, knowledge and guidance; and promote the important principles of professionalism.
This exclusive virtual benefit gives mentors and mentees a chance to learn different perspectives from MBA members at various practice levels and begin to build strong relationships and referral networks with MentorMatch participants.
As a mentor, you will:
- Meet with your mentee monthly over the course of 6 months both in person and virtually
- Assist in the development of the mentee’s practical skills, legal ability and professional judgment
- Promote relationships among legal professionals and involvement in the organized bar
- Encourage the use of best practices and contribute a sense of integrity in the legal profession
The MentorMatch program provides a checklist that can help support the mentee and mentor relationship. Need a bit more information about MentorMatch before committing? Click here.
