More than 100 Boston-area law students and alumni gathered to attend the recent “Going Small or Solo, Now What?” programs held at Suffolk University Law School and New England School of Law.
The programs, which were both held in November, were spearheaded by Alan J. Klevan, Esq. and Rodney Dowell, Esq. co-chairs of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Law Practice Management Section, and Terence J. Welsh, president of the Massachusetts Bar Association Insurance Agency.
The program focused on important practical issues in law practice management, including: risk management; joining a firm versus hanging a shingle; marketing; professional development; technology; and managing expectations.
