Impact The Workplace
Social media has vastly changed the ways in
which individuals communicate and interact with each other. Whether
employers can limit and monitor employee activism when it invades or disrupts
the workplace is a palpable concern for many. This panel will discuss how far
employers can go when attempting to restrain employee activism and employee
speech, employees’ rights, key considerations, and recent case law. This
expert panel will further explore the degree to which the change in the
administration may impact the workplace.
