Daniel P. Flynn joined Worcester-based Bowditch & Dewey, LLP as an associate in the firm's business litigation group.
Prior to joining Bowditch & Dewey, Flynn practiced at Donovan Hatem, LLP and Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, both in Boston. Flynn was an executive compensation consultant for KPMG's Compensation and Performance Management Consulting Group.
Richard M. Lucash has left Lucash, Gesmer and Updegrove, LLP, the firm he helped to found 20 years ago, to join the Boston office of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC.
Lucash represents high technology companies and the entities and individuals that invest in them. He has advised a wide range of technology companies on the corporate, financing, technology transfer and intellectual property issues that affect their growth.
He also has extensive experience in licensing and other technology transfer arrangements and represents large institutional clients in acquiring software and other technology.
Lucash is a co-founder of LaunchPad, a seed-stage venture capital group. He has served on the board of advisors of the Massachusetts Nanotechnology Initiative and the Board of Capital Advisors of CapitalVenue, an organization that provides a forum for emerging technology companies to gain access to venture capital and other investors. He is an active member of the MIT Enterprise Forum and the Massachusetts Software Council.
John G.F. Ruggieri has joined Looney & Grossman's Business Practice Group as of counsel. He focuses his practice on corporate and real estate law with significant experience in business transactions.
Ruggieri's previous experience includes Clark, Hunt & Embry where he concentrated in real estate law, business entity creation and general business practice advice.
