  • "Trial lawyer ups ante in fight over courthouse mask mandate," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (Feb. 21). MBA Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Operating Officer Martin W. Healy was quoted in an article about a Concord attorney's federal lawsuit that accuses the Trial Court of overstepping its authority and engaging in disability discrimination by requiring him to wear a mask when representing his clients at trial.

  • "Accidentally disclosed draft letter must be returned," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (Feb. 21). MBA Complex Commercial Litigation Section Council member Jonathan D. Plaut and MBA members Stephen D. Riden and Vincent J. Pisegna commented on a Superior Court judge's decision that the attorney-client privilege shielded the inadvertently disclosed draft version of a letter that was potentially material to a litigant's defense in a shareholder freezeout suit.
