  • "Car accident analytics gaining popularity in trials," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (Jan. 20). MBA member Elizabeth N. Mulvey was quoted in a story about the increasing use of crash reconstruction software programs by defense experts in accident cases.

  • "Right to counsel urged in support contempt cases," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (Jan. 20). An amicus brief filed by the MBA in Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Division v. Grullon (SJC 12784) was referenced in an article about the case, which centers on the right to counsel in civil contempt hearings where defendants face potential incarceration for nonpayment of child support.

  • "Judge allows bias suit vs. Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority to remain on track," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (Jan. 20). MBA member Joseph L.
