Connect with fellow attorneys via e-Groups

Issue October 2003

The Massachusetts Bar Association's new online discussion lists, known as MassBar.org e-Groups, are available to all section members through their individual section homepages and through a link on the MassBar.org homepage.

Use your e-Group to discuss current issues in your practice area, seek input from colleagues, share ideas and more.

An e-Group list will be opened upon request from a section chair to the Manager of Professional Programs. Members of a section will be notified of an e-Group list in their section as those new lists come online.

To join an e-Groups list, a member will first have to log in to MassBar.org. The link on the MassBar.org homepage or their section homepage will lead them to the subscribe screen. The sign-up process is very simple and includes the choice of whether to receive discussion comments as they are posted or in a daily summary.
