Baldiga commented on a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge's decision that a commercial tenant can recoup business losses allegedly incurred after the landlord filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and rejected the lease.

Sherwin commented on an Appeals Court decision that a landlord violated Chapter 93A by taking nine months to repair rotting bathroom underflooring in a tenant’s apartment.
