Massachusetts Bar Association member Dhruthi Batchu has joined Barclay Damon in Boston as an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation; Commercial Litigation; and Trademarks, Copyrights & Licensing practice areas.
Batchu focuses her practice on intellectual property and business litigation, including trademark and patent litigation in federal courts relating to pharmaceuticals, gene sequencing, computer programs, diagnostic and medical devices, telecommunications, electronics, and water purification systems. Batchu also has extensive experience representing clients in contested matters and interparty proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Batchu also provides global marketing and branding advice, creates and manages clients’ trademark portfolios, conducts infringement analyses and screening searches, and coordinates filings, renewals, and office action responses.
