The state Division of Occupational Licensure is seeking candidates for its spring 2025 legal internship program. The program will run from approximately February through May and will require a commitment of two to four days a week.
Internship tasks may include:
- Performing legal research and making presentation(s) to members of the legal department on research findings and other topics of interest;
- Preparing research memoranda;
- Gathering information and preparing written reports, charts and other written materials summarizing information;
- Attending board meetings and hearings; and
- Preparing preliminary drafts of documents (letters, notices, reports, etc.) for review by board counsel.
