Lauren McFerran, recently appointed by President Joe Biden as the chair of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), will be our keynote speaker.
Other conference highlights include the annual presentation of the Robert Fuchs Labor Law Award and a plenary session moderated by Boston University School of Law Professor Maria O’Brien titled, "Reading the Tea Leaves: The Changing Landscape in Labor and Employment Law."
