Each week, eJournal highlights a wellness resource to bring attention to the helpful organizations, articles and websites that are available for members or anyone who may need assistance.

During the day, we can sometimes feel overwhelmed when dealing with a long task list, deadlines, family members and more. When overwhelmed, we can also feel helpless, but there are a few small, simple practices we can follow to ease those big feelings and help us feel good throughout the day.
