Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019

MassBarEducatesWhether and how to set up a Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) account to address expected future medical costs when resolving a personal injury case or workers’ compensation matter is often a source of concern for lawyers on both sides. • What concepts and language should be included in settlement agreements to limit potential liabilities for lawyers, insurers and clients

This program is presented in collaboration with the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA), the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association (MDLA) and the Essex County Bar Association.
