Massachusetts Bar Association Past President Jeffrey N. Catalano of Todd & Weld LLP has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation (MLAC), which works to ensure low-income residents of Massachusetts obtain civil legal services.
MLAC is governed by an 11-member Board of Directors, 10 of whom are appointed by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
Catalano, a partner at Todd & Weld, represents victims of catastrophic injuries in cases involving medical negligence, construction accidents, food poisoning and other personal injuries. In addition to his MBA involvement, Catalano serves on various committees that advocate for legal services and access to justice for the poor.
