  • "Double pole dilemma: Who pays when something goes wrong?" NBC10 Boston (Aug. 21). MBA Past President Marsha V. Kazarosian was interviewed for an investigative piece examining the issue of liability for damage caused by double utility poles.

  • “Whistleblower claim vs. banks dismissed,” Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (Aug. 19). MBA member Kevin J. O’Connor commented on a Superior Court judge’s decision in a case of first impression, which dismissed a qui tam action filed on the commonwealth’s behalf by a private individual who concluded through forensic analysis that financial institutions were fraudulently setting interest rates on certain municipal bonds.
