  • "Retirements mean Baker will reshape state's high court," Boston Globe (Feb. 11) -- MBA Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Operating Officer Martin W. Healy was quoted on this front-page story about how the retirements of Supreme Judicial Court Justices Cordy, Spina and Duffly -- and future retirements -- will allow Gov. Baker to leave his mark on the court. Healy was also quoted by the Springfield Republican and appeared in many other news outlets after being interviewed by the Associated Press and State House News.

  • "Gov urged to look beyond the robed when picking judge," Boston Herald (Feb. 6) -- MBA Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Operating Officer Martin W. Healy was quoted about the retirement of Supreme Judicial Court Justice Francis X. Spina, effective August 12, 2016.
