Join the Civil Rights & Social Justice Section and the Juvenile and Child Welfare Section's Education Law Practice Group as they present an interactive panel of expert practitioners to discuss the array of complex legal and practical issues involved in addressing identity-based harassment allegations in K-12 schools. Through case studies the panel will also analyze claims of harassment and hostile environment on the basis of race, national origin, sex, LGBTQ status, and disability under federal and state civil rights laws.

Don’t miss this opportunity to have your questions addressed and to network with other practitioners in your area of practice.

This program is free.
