Christian G. Kiely and
Megan L. Rothemich have been elected to the partnership of Todd & Weld LLP.
With more than a decade of sophisticated litigation experience, Kiely concentrates his practice on complex civil disputes, defamation and First Amendment matters, and white-collar criminal defense. He regularly represents clients in the state and federal trial courts in Massachusetts, including an active practice in the Superior Court’s Business Litigation Session. He also has successfully represented clients in appeals before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

A seasoned family law attorney, Rothemich regularly handles multifaceted divorce cases involving asset division, issues of child support and alimony, and custody disputes. She collaborates with experts for varied purposes, including business valuation, forensic analysis of complex financial information, tax scrutiny, and psychological evaluations and opinions. Rothemich regularly appears in the Probate and Family Court throughout Massachusetts, primarily Norfolk, Middlesex, Plymouth, Suffolk and Essex counties.
