Morrison Mahoney LLP has announced the election of four Massachusetts Bar Association members as new partners:
Scott R. Gilmond (Boston) concentrates his practice in the areas of tort and liability defense and represents insurance companies and their insureds in various civil litigation matters, including automobile, construction, premises liability, and G.L. c. 93A claims in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Janelle M. Gordon (Boston) concentrates her practice in the areas of tort and liability defense. She represents insurance companies and their insureds in a range of complex civil litigation matters, including automobile, construction, premises liability and G.L. c. 93A matters.
Michael R. Lavoie (Springfield) has experience at all stages of litigation, from counseling to appeals. His practice is primarily focused in the areas of professional malpractice, including the defense of physicians, hospitals, lawyers and other professionals in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative licensing bodies.
Jessica M. Savino (Boston) concentrates her practice in the area of tort and liability defense and represents both individuals and corporations in personal injury, premises liability, and malpractice matters. She also advises and defends insurers on issues involving coverage and claims of bad faith.
