Massachusetts Bar Association member Daihui Meng has joined Casner & Edwards in Boston as an associate in the firm’s Business & Corporate Group. Meng’s practice spans the entire corporate lifecycle from inception to exit/liquidation, and he has represented clients across different industries, such as biotech, blockchain, web3, software, IT, social media and supply chain.
Meng advises startup founders, high-growth technology companies of all sizes, and private and institutional investors on various matters and transactions, including the setup and day-to-day governance of the company, equity and debt financings in different stages, and miscellaneous employment or IP issues. Meng speaks native Mandarin and provides legal counsel to Chinese startup founders, including those in the Harvard and MIT startup circle.
