The Children and Family Law Division (CAFL) of the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) is inviting members of the bar to apply for admission to the CAFL Trial Panel to represent Care & Protection and Termination of Parental Rights cases.
Attorneys who are interested in pursuing this opportunity can find the application on the CPCS website. CPCS is committed to ensuring that the panel of attorneys accepting CAFL assignments is sensitive to the diversity of the client population it serves. Preference will be given to attorneys who submit completed applications by Monday, Jan. 29, 2018. CPCS may continue to accept applications after that date, particularly from those who intend to practice in the western part of the state.
