  • "Supreme Judicial Court Justice Robert Cordy to retire," Boston Globe (Feb. 3) -- MBA Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Operating Officer Martin W. Healy and MBA member Thomas J. Carey were quoted about the retirement of Supreme Judicial Court Justice Robert J. Cordy, effective at the end of August 2016. The MBA released a statement from Healy in reaction to Cordy's announcement.
  • MBA Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Operating Officer Martin W. Healy was quoted in both the Boston Globe and Patriot Ledger (Feb. 2) on a ruling by Superior Court Judge Dennis J. Curran which rejected a bid by the Attorney General's office and Bridgewater State University to block the release of information in a sexual assault case.
