MBA Young Lawyers Division Presents: Networking Tips from Actual Attorneys!

Whether you are a 1L, 2L, or graduating 3L, you’ll want to join us for this panel discussion on networking from 4-5 p.m. on Thursday, March 21. The panel will consist of four attorneys who are part of the Massachusetts Bar Association. In this panel, we will discuss how each attorney has used networking in their own unique way to further their legal career. There will also be time to network with the attorneys at the end of the panel.

Topics will include:

• How to use networking to get your first post-grad position or a summer internship,

• How to network your way to a position in a new location,

• How to use affinity groups or practice area-specific groups as networking tools,

• A look into networking in the Greater Boston area

• And more

The panelists Include:

• Christianna Golden - Legislative Director/Policy Advisor for Sen. Lydia Edwards

• Nicole Cocozza - Senior Associate in Prince Lobel's Business Litigation Practice Group

• Joseph Markey - Founder of Markey Law Partners and Lynnfield's Town Moderator

• Ladhi Sheth - Litigator at WilmerHale seconded to the Office of the Attorney General

*Please note that this program is limited to Boston Univeristy studently only.
