The Civil Litigation Section will be holding an open meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 1, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the MBA, 20 West St., Boston. A wine and cheese networking reception will immediately follow the meeting. 

Come and learn more about the Civil Litigation section and all that it has to offer. The open meeting will launch the newly-formed Construction Law Committee chaired by Ken Rubinstein, Paul Milligan and Chris Petrini.

Ken, Paul and Chris, along with Wally McDonough of ELK Consulting Services LLC, will present an interesting and useful program on:

  • Asserting and defending construction claims;
  • Mediating construction disputes; and
  • Other hot topics in construction law.

 Admission is free to all MBA members and their guests.
