This five-session Divorce Mediation Training focuses on the special emotional and legal issues involved in mediation with separting, divorcing and post-divorce cuples. It also addresses intake, screening, dealing with high conflict and mediator ethics. Coached practice sessions provide oppourtunities to integrate knowledge and skills. Pre-requisite is 30 hours Basic Mediation Training. Manual, parking, CAFL CLEs and refreshments included in fee.
