The Massachusetts Bar Association welcomes back our Probate Law members to the 10th Annual Probate Law Conference in person at the Four Points Sheraton in Norwood.

Whether your focus is on estate planning, administration, probate litigation or guardianship/conservatorship matters, this conference provides something for everyone, from aspiring to veteran practitioners.

The conference will offer 24 courses over multiple programming tracks providing timely updates.

We are delighted to be able to meet again in person for this year’s conference. Because some faculty and attendees have expressed concerns about COVID, we are limiting the size of the conference to a combined total of approximately 300 attendees and faculty. We are also limiting the size of each classroom to approximately 50 people to achieve greater social distancing. We will be running double sessions of our most popular topics. During the luncheon, there will be fewer tables spread across the ballroom and fewer people seated at each table. Though indoor masking is not a requirement of Four Points, we do strongly encourage attendees to wear masks inside the classrooms and to feel comfortable wearing masks at any time throughout the day.
