Join fellow probate judges and practitioners for the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Seventh Annual Probate Law Conference -- the largest gathering of probate practitioners in the commonwealth -- on Friday, Nov. 1, at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center, 1657 Worcester Road, Framingham. Whether your focus is estate planning, administration, probate litigation or guardianship/conservatorship matters, this unique conference provides something for everyone, from aspiring to veteran practitioners.
This year's keynote speaker will be Probate and Family Court Chief Justice John D. Casey.
The conference again offers 20 courses over multiple programming tracks, providing timely updates about probate practices, procedures and forms, new regulations, and important court decisions.
