MBA leaders advocate for rule of law, legal services and more at ABA Day in DC

MBA BBA Markey 2025Massachusetts Bar Association leaders joined bar associations from across the country to participate in American Bar Association Day in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, April 9. ABA Day brings lawyers together to advocate for issues of importance to the organized bar.

Among the issues discussed this year were adequate funding for the Legal Service Corporation, judicial security and upholding the rule of law. The MBA team also shared the MBA’s recent Statement in Defense of the Rule of Law, which now has been joined by MBA only Cap 202536 organizations, including law firms and other bar associations.
