Episode 4 of the MassBar Beat podcast is now available. Tune in to hear a cautionary tale about lawyers' ethical duties to their clients and colleagues -- and why paying attention to the small things does matter.
In "Privilege to Practice -- All the Small Things," Past MBA President Richard P. Campbell of Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy PC relates the story of a once-prominent lawyer's fall from grace and why its lessons are applicable to attorneys today. Campbell expands upon the Lawyers Journal Privilege to Practice column ("A career's worth of air travel, hotels and restaurants") he co-authored with Todd & Weld's Suzanne Elovecky for the Nov./Dec. issue. Both Campbell and Elovecky are members of the MBA's Committee on Professional Ethics.
