The Massachusetts Bar Association's Labor & Employment Law Section Council held its first virtual Labor & Employment Law Annual Conference on Thursday, June 18.

In lieu of canceling the conference this year, the Labor & Employment Section accepted the challenge and held the conference remotely, but also live, to allow for interactive discussions and audience questions. The conference included breakout sessions to allow for small group discussions and virtual networking.

Several panels of experts, including judges, provided updates on new developments in labor and employment law, addressed issues facing employers and employees due to COVID-19, and provided tips on litigation practice.

View a first-of-its-kind, cutting-edge and thought-provoking conference.
