This program will focus on common safety issues that arise during construction projects.

Our faculty of construction risk management experts will discuss the relevant safety standards, and how to address these issues and standards during the project to mitigate risk and avoid litigation. Panelists will also explain how attorneys can put themselves in the best position for defending a claim should litigation arise.

After the presentation, a complimentary happy hour -- sponsored by Kenney & Sams, Exponent and the National Association of Women in Construction -- will be hosted at Papagayo (15 West St.) from 6:30-8 p.m.

This program is co-sponsored by the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association.
