Recent Amendments to Rules 9A and 9C: Motion Practice Dos and Don'ts

The Massachusetts Bar Association’s Judicial Administration Section is very pleased to bring its “View from the Bench” program series back to Boston. View from the Bench programs provide valuable insights for new attorneys and seasoned litigators, allowing for an opportunity to pose questions to a judicial panel in a comfortable and confidential environment.

Judicial Administration Section Council member Brandon H. Moss will moderate a panel discussion with three Superior Court judges discussing recent amendments to Superior Court Rule 9A (civil motions), Rule 9C (conferral obligations), and Rule 9D  (motions for reconsideration), as well as a new pilot program under Superior Court Standing Order 1-88F.

Space is limited. We strongly recommended attendees register in advance.
