Contrasting Approaches to Witness Preparation

Veteran Boston litigators Ken Berman and Dan Small travel the country delivering well-received seminars on witness preparation, and both write extensively on the subject. They bring innovative and contrasting perspectives to the issue, encouraging attorneys to rethink the typical speech often given to anxious clients getting ready to testify at a deposition or at trial.

The MBA is pleased to announce that Berman and Small have agreed to participate in a seminar together in which they will discuss and debate their different approaches to witness preparation.  Each of them will give a half-hour presentation on witness preparation, followed by a half-hour question and answer session.

This seminar is a must for any trial lawyer!

Members of MassDLA, the Bar Association of Norfolk County and the Middlesex and the Essex County Bar Association may attend the program for $25.  Please contact MBA Member Services at (617) 338-0530, or enter the promo code provided to your bar association.

If you would like to attend this program via real-time webcast, please contact the MBA at education@massbar.org. This program is not available On Demand.
