This program will provide a primer on fair housing law, and look at current issues in housing discrimination and access to justice issues in Housing Court. Panelists will also discuss how potential modifications to “public charge” regulations could impact housing benefits based on an individual’s visa/green card status.

In addition, the program will summarize federal and state tax incentives for affordable housing.
