Insights from Expert Advocates and Mediators
Building on last year's successful program, "Best Practices for Advocates in
Mediation," this panel will take the discussion to the next level.
For advocates, the panel will address how to be effective, be persuasive and
advance the goal of reaching a settlement in mediation. The mediators will share
the persuasive techniques and practices that they have seen advocates use to
move matters toward settlement, as well as their own strategies for reaching the
same goal.
