Ethical Considerations for DR Practitioners

Being a practitioner in the field of dispute resolution (DR) can for many of us be a lonely profession. How often have you wanted to learn how your peers would have handled situations that have arisen during one of your mediations, conciliations, collaborative processes or arbitrations? Each of us has very differing styles. How can we improve our skills by learning from others? The Massachusetts Bar Association’s DR Section wants to help!

We are excited to announce our new DR Roundtable, a monthly, user-friendly, hour-long Zoom discussion, occurring on the first Thursday of every month, from 4:30-5:30 p.m.

We welcome Co-facilitators Justin Kelsey of Skylark Law & Mediation and Timothy Linnehan, ADR Coordinator for the Trial Court, as they lead a discussion on the Ethical Considerations for DR Practitioners.

You can now register for this program as well as subsequent sessions scheduled for April 3, May 1 and June 5.

Topic and presenter information for future sessions to be announced!
