Please join the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Complex Commercial Litigation Section and Massachusetts Superior Court Judge Rosemary Connolly for a discussion of the recent Supreme Judicial Court decisions interpreting the state anti-SLAPP statute. Application of this law has undergone several changes over the past 25 years, including with the latest rulings from the SJC this year. Judge Connolly and two experienced business litigators, Brendan Kelley of Conn Kavanaugh and Mitchell Perne of Demeo LLP, will discuss the impact of the latest jurisprudence and how the anti-SLAPP law will be applied going forward.
