Recent Developments in Massachusetts Law

The Massachusetts Bar Association's Development and Construction Law Practice Group is proud to present this timely program on climate change and construction law. The program will provide the following practical guidance:

  • Good contracting practices to manage the risks of climate change
  • Strategies for new project delivery approaches that lay out a path forward to address climate change through best practices
  • How current building codes and regulations fail to address climate risk
  • How professional standards of care are evolving beyond current codes and regulations
  • How climate-related litigation can move the needle on climate adaptation and resilience

The program will conclude with a question-and-answer session.
