We are pleased to announce that our keynote address, titled, “Lawyering in Disruptive Times: A Historical Perspective,” will be delivered by Douglas Brown, President of Community Hospitals and Chief Administrative Officer for UMass Memorial Health.

This year’s program will focus on topics of current importance to in-house counsel, including:

  • Crisis management, including management and communication strategies for high-profile cases
  • Malpractice insurance for in-house counsel
  • Employment law developments
  • Artificial intelligence

Co-sponsored by the New England Corporate Counsel Association Inc.

New England Corporate Counsel Association, Inc. (NECCA), is a Massachusetts non-profit corporation and membership association of in-house/corporate counsel primarily from Massachusetts, although in-house/corporate counsel from other New England states are encouraged to join. NECCA meets monthly from September through June for a seminar on legal issues and topics of common interest, and for members to share resources and to network. NECCA members are afforded opportunities for continuing education designed for in-house counsel and for meeting colleagues who have similar concerns.
