  • "Claim against firm by law partner’s widow subject to arbitration," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (June 24). MBA Complex Commercial Litigation Section Council member Jessica Gray Kelly and MBA Ethics Committee member Alan E. Brown commented on a Superior Court judge's decision that a mandatory arbitration provision in a law firm's partnership agreement applied to a claim of unpaid compensation filed by the estate of a deceased partner.
