Kinsella is a recent graduate of Boston College Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor. Prior to pursuing his law degree, Kinsella was director of human resources and operations for the International Institute of New England. He brings to the firm his extensive experience in implementing organizational strategy and managing human resources operations.

Alexandra Pichette HeadshotMBA member Alexandra L. Pichette, a partner at Morgan, Brown & Joy in Boston, presented on the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) webinar, “Exit Interview Checklist & Templates,” on Sept. 14. Pichette and fellow panelists discussed best practices for understanding employee separations and how to minimize legal risk and safeguard legal rights during the exit interview process.

Pichette represents employers in labor and employment matters in state and federal court, in private arbitration, and before administrative agencies. She also provides her clients with daily employment counsel and advice, and guides employer management teams in the preparation of employee handbooks, policies, personnel decisions and hiring practices; through employee separations, workplace investigations, and administration of employee leaves; and with respect to compliance with other state and federal employment statutes.

*Awards should not include mentions in Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, AV ratings and other list-type awards due to the large number of attorneys who receive them.
