Massachusetts Bar Association member Gregory A. Manousos, a partner at Morgan, Brown & Joy, presented on the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education webinar, “Conducting Effective Workplace Investigations,” on Oct. 18. Along with fellow panelists, Manousos discussed the benefits of prompt, thorough and impartial assessments of workplace complaints, including a step-by-step review of sound investigation practices.
Manousos is a litigator and counselor to colleges, universities, medical institutions, academic medical centers, independent schools, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and retailers. He helps clients navigate discrimination and harassment claims, denial of tenure claims, Family and Medical Leave Act claims, wage and hour disputes, litigation involving noncompetition agreements, and compliance with diversity, equity and inclusion goals and requirements.
