Massachusetts Bar Association member Gregory R. Chambers has been elevated from associate to partner at GoldMark Partners LLP, a Greater Boston boutique law firm focused on commercial real estate and corporate law.
Chambers joined GoldMark in 2020 and focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate law. He represents owners, operators, developers, investors, lenders, landlords and tenants in a broad range of complex legal matters. His client work spans acquisitions, development, dispositions, financing, and leasing of industrial, warehouse, mixed-use, multi-family, office and retail properties. Chambers also advises on corporate matters, including in connection with the formation, acquisition and sale of businesses, particularly when these matters intersect with the real estate sector.
Prior to joining GoldMark, Chambers practiced as an associate at a national law firm, and before that was a paralegal, a law clerk, and an associate at a regional law firm headquartered in Boston.
