Dane commented on a recent clarification by the Board of Bar Overseers about the disclosure and consent requirements imposed under Rule 1.8(a) of the Rules of Professional Conduct for attorneys involved in the sale of title insurance.

Landers Jr. discussed a debt collector's claims of race and disability discrimination against her former law firm for allegedly isolating her from colleagues, failing to accommodate her chronic bone disease and denying her medical leave.
