  • "Criminal blunders force courtwide reappraisal in Massachusetts," Bloomberg Law (July 5).  MBA Chief Legal Counsel Martin W. Healy, MBA Executive Management Board member Anthony J. Benedetti and MBA member Iván Espinoza-Madrigal were quoted in an article about the Supreme Judicial Court's recently authored framework for addressing drug cases tainted by government misconduct.

  • "Lawyers: ‘Cat’s paw’ ruling important for age bias cases," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (July 3). MBA member Erica E. Flores commented on a Supreme Judicial Court decision that a terminated employee can bring a "cat's paw" discrimination claim based on evidence that his employer selected him for a reduction in force as part of a corporate strategy to lay off older workers.
