Massachusetts Bar Association member Michael R. DiStefano has been elected to the partnership at Todd & Weld LLP effective Jan. 1, 2023.
A courtroom veteran and former prosecutor, DiStefano concentrates his practice on government investigations and criminal defense, including defending clients at trial and in pre-indictment government investigations. He also advises clients under investigation in a variety of forums outside of court, including government civil investigative proceedings, college and university disciplinary matters, and professional licensing board hearings.

Arrowood LLP has announced that MBA member
William F. McGonigle has recently been elevated to partner in the firm.
McGonigle, who focuses on commercial litigation and trial strategy, has served as a member of the firm’s litigation team for several years. Over his career, he has helped bring multiple high-stakes matters to trial, including one that resulted in a judgment for his client valued at over $230 million.
