Massachusetts Bar Association member Renee Inomata of Casner & Edwards recently received the 2023 Community Service Award from the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts.
Inomata focuses her practice on employment law, where she advises companies and executives on a wide range of high-level, complex employment-related matters, and solves sensitive employment situations with an understanding of the client’s culture, risk adversity and business goals.
Inomata serves on the Executive Committee, Grants Committee and Ad Hoc Development Committee, and is a trustee, of the Boston Bar Foundation; and on the Advisory Committee for the Women of Color Attorneys Leadership Forum at the Boston Bar Association. She also serves as the chair of the GBH Board of Advisors and is a GBH trustee; and is on the Steering Committee of the Asian Community Fund and the Asian Business Empowerment Council at the Boston Foundation. In addition, Inomata serves as co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
