Strategies for Fostering DEI in the Wake of the Affirmative Action Case
We invite members of the legal community to come together on Thursday, Jan. 11, from 6-9 p.m., to learn about and discuss the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision on affirmative action: Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard, 600 U.S. 181 (2023).
Panelists will discuss:
- The U.S. Supreme Court decision on affirmative action and its implications to DEI initiatives, the legal practice and communities of color generally
- Strategies and methods for firms to consider when supporting and engaging in DEI initiatives and hiring practices
- Steps to take if sued for any of the above
