  • "Property owners didn’t need expert for nuisance suit over flooding," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (Aug. 28). MBA members Michael W. Parker and Robert W. Galvin commented on an Appeals Court decision that homeowners did not need expert testimony to bring a nuisance claim against the town of Uxbridge for making road improvements that allegedly caused flooding on their property.

An editorial arguing for the increased use of medical parole for older prisoners with dementia and Alzheimer's noted that the MBA's Clemency Task Force made similar calls in its proposed clemency guidelines submitted to Gov. Maura Healey.
